Forklift Fleet Maintenance
Contracts — Vaal Triangle
A scheduled maintenance contract with Duane's Forklift Services keeps your fleet compliant, your machines running longer and your maintenance budget predictable. We service fleets of 2 to 50+ machines across the Vaal Triangle.
Why a Maintenance Contract Makes Business Sense
Prevention is always cheaper than cure.
Catching small faults early prevents catastrophic failures that stop production for days.
Scheduled oil and filter changes cost a fraction of an engine rebuild caused by neglect.
The OHS Act requires proof of regular inspection and maintenance. A contract gives you that paper trail.
Well-maintained forklifts last significantly longer — delaying costly replacement capital expenditure.
Budgeting for maintenance is far easier than unpredictable breakdown repairs.
One workshop knows your fleet history, preferred parts suppliers and your site requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many forklifts do we need to qualify for a fleet contract?
We cater for fleets as small as two machines. The more units you have, the more cost-effective a contract becomes — but we work with small, medium and large operators.
Do you service all brands under a fleet contract?
Yes. We service Toyota, Linde, Hyster, Yale, Crown, Komatsu, Jungheinrich and most other makes. Mixed fleets are no problem.
Can the service be done at our facility?
Yes. Our mobile workshop visits your premises on the scheduled dates. This eliminates machine transport cost and keeps your forklifts on-site.
What happens if a machine breaks between scheduled services?
Fleet contract clients receive priority callout rates. Depending on your plan tier, emergency callouts may be included or discounted.
Do we get documentation for each service?
Yes. Every visit produces a signed job card per machine with parts used, observations and next service recommendation. These double as OHS compliance records.
