Frequently Asked Questions
Do you really respond 24 hours a day?
Yes. Call 074 238 1260 at any time. Night and weekend callouts may carry an after-hours surcharge — we'll confirm the rate before dispatching.
What areas do you cover for emergency callouts?
All of the Vaal Triangle — Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Sasolburg, Meyerton, Sebokeng, Boipatong and surrounding industrial areas. Callouts further afield are considered case by case.
Can you fix the forklift on-site or must it come to your workshop?
Most emergency faults — hydraulics, tyres, electrical, engine — can be repaired on your premises. Jobs requiring a press, lathe or oven work (such as solid tyre press-fitting in large quantities) are done at our Vanderbijlpark workshop.
How long does an emergency callout typically take?
We aim to be on-site within 2–3 hours of your call within the core Vaal Triangle. Repair time depends on the fault — minor issues are resolved in under 2 hours; major engine or transmission work may take a full day.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your site address, the forklift make and model (on the data plate near the seat), and a description of the symptom — what the forklift is doing or not doing. A photo or video sent via WhatsApp helps us prepare the right parts.
